The compilation takes off with Hermit‘s “Pontain” warm bass notes and progressive dub psychedelia. Moving into Duskky’s genre bending dubfunk track “Say You” melding psychedelic soul with eerie dub notes. Exploiting a unique sense of humor, Zen Deaths squad’s “Superman” seamlessly blends a catchy vocal hook with far side state of the art electronic noises and spine tingling bass. Wonk#ay founder Bunkle lays down the beats with his trademark heavy overdrive sound and solidarity that hits you like a quarry truck. Kursa gives us another rib crunching, brain shaking dub step track, whilst Coda fuses classic dub reverb sounds with a catchy groovy bass line that will leave you mesmerized. The kill shot of the compilation is crafted by Scamp, a heavy dub step track that’s sure to bring out the ‘monster face’ on even the most placid individual.
